Hi sisters!
Suki Suki means slow down in khasi
Suki suki - A vision manifested by 3 women - each representing our foundational pillars:
Ahaar (Nutrition, connection & food)
Vihaar (Environment & conscious travel)
Vichaar (Well-being practices & mindset)
"This vision was dreamed up by the three of us — rooted in the tribal lands of Northeast India, bonded by sisterhood, adventure, and a deep calling to create something meaningful for women like you. We've each wandered through different cities, careers, and paths, but our hearts always led us back here — to land, to truth, to circle.
We’re building safe, powerful women’s circles across the tribal & energetically rich landscapes of Northeast India — spaces where you can return to yourself, explore your divine feminine, and feel deeply held.
This retreat in Sohra is close to our hearts, and we're keeping it very small — just 12 spots — to create the kind of safe, trusted sisterhood we all crave.
Come if your soul & gut is whispering yes."
with love
Teiskhem, Habari & Priyanjali
EMBRACE FEMININE WISDOM

At Suki Suki, we believe in nurturing the whole woman — mind, body, and spirit. This retreat is a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself beyond the roles you play in everyday life. We blend inner inquiry through mindfulness practices like yoga, sound healing, womb and inner child meditations, with community-based experiences like somatic flow, ecstatic dance, and feminine leadership rooted in cycle syncing and embodied productivity.
More than a wellness escape, Suki Suki is a journey toward sustainable wellbeing — one that helps you reset, realign, and return with tools to support a life of intention, ease, and empowerment.
Here, we honour the divine feminine — the knowing that everything you need already lives within you. This is your time to come home to yourself.

IMMERSE IN NATURE'S HARMONY

Suki Suki takes place in Meghalaya—a land of clouds, cascading rain, sacred caves, and one of the world’s few matrilineal societies. Rich in feminine wisdom, this region invites us to slow down, listen,
and connect.
Our journeys through Cherrapunji include iconic natural wonders—waterfalls, living root bridges, and caves—but always with care. We seek out lesser-known, easily accessible locations that remain unspoiled, and we do so with the blessing of local villages.
At Suki Suki, we believe in conscious tourism—honouring the land, giving back to its people, and ensuring that our presence uplifts rather than disrupts. This isn’t about ticking off sights; it’s about walking gently on ancestral soil with gratitude and respect.

HONOUR NOURISHMENT
At Suki Suki, we believe that what we eat, shapes how we feel, live, and heal. That’s why one of our core offerings is food crafted by our in-house nutritionist and head chef, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the unique nutritional needs
of women.
More than just meals, we offer a mindful eating experience — from wholesome home-style dishes to gourmet 3-course meals and traditional Khasi flavours. You’ll not only taste the land, but also learn how to nourish your body with intention.
This is not about restriction, but about reclaiming your relationship with food — as fuel, as joy, and as an act of
self-respect.
